XXIX Double Cigar Tasting
with Péter Faragó

A relaxed evening built around conversation — this time with two cigars: we light and taste a pair in a single sitting.

On the last Tuesday of September we return to the club's home, La Fumée Buda — better known to many as the Buda Tobacco & Cigar Shop. There is no long scheduled talk and no rigid programme. We light a good cigar and let the evening find its own pace.

Our guest is Péter Faragó, cigar sommelier at Alföld Tabak, who has joined our club before. He will give a short cigar presentation on the two cigars we taste — what characterises them, what to look out for while smoking, and why the pair is interesting side by side.

Without a fixed programme there is more time for each other — for long-standing members and newcomers alike — and for the cigars themselves: what everyone brought out of their humidor, the current favourite, and what is worth trying next.

If you are joining us for the first time, this is the best occasion to start with: we provide two cigars for the tasting, and the presentation is easy to follow for beginners too.

Entry is the usual HUF 10,000, and the two cigars to taste are our gift to you. If you are coming, please register — and if you bring someone with you, register them too!
