Some measure security in policies — others build it with robots, drones and people. Our September guest belongs to the latter.

Our guest is István Hajós — security and robotics expert, entrepreneur, managing director of Bastion Guard Kft. and the Just Company Solutions group, and founder of the „Egy lépéssel több” Foundation. He started his first company back in 2002, has led Bastion Group since 2016, and established his foundation in 2023.

Bastion Guard set out on the path of innovation with robotisation five years ago: robots and drones are already part of everyday life there. In his view, robotics — combined with artificial intelligence — is one of the real answers to labour shortages and declining efficiency. His companies have won several Value and Quality Grand Prix awards, and he was among the „Entrepreneur of the Year” honourees in Pest County.

Our conversation will explore how robotics and AI are changing the world of security, what it takes to lead a company group in a market where security has gained new value, and where the limits of technology lie — the point at which human judgement takes over.

Another theme will be responsibility: his foundation supports families raising chronically ill children, and has so far completed the „adoption” of a hundred families. Our guest's favourite metaphor is close to the club's heart: on calm waters every leader steers well — it is the stormy sea that reveals the good captain.
